The mission of Psi Chi is to produce a well-educated, ethical, and socially responsible member committed to contributing to the science and profession of psychology and to society in general.

Twenty one student out of a total of forty one attended the Lafayette College's chapter of Psi Chi induction ceremony. New members are given a symbolic candle to hold during the ceremony.

Requirements for Induction to the Lafayette College Chapter of Psi Chi: Be at least a 2nd Semester Sophomore, Have taken at least 3 psychology courses, Have declared a major or minor in psychology or neuroscience, Be in the top 35% of your graduating class in GPA (w/ a minimum GPA of 3.0), Have a minimum 3.0 GPA in psychology courses

General Membership Meetings will be held in Oechsle 223 at 8:30pm on February 9, March 9 and April 13 of 2015.
